If you want to perform in kunstkeller o27
these are our usual terms (consult us for exceptions):

• If you are member of an organization similar to the german GEMA (which represents rights of songwriters), we keep 10% of the entrance-fee, respectively a minimum of 20,00 EUR. The rest is for you.
• In case you are no member of such an organization you can keep the complete entrance-fee.
• In any case at least travel costs are guaranteed.
• Admission charge is fixed by the band but should not exceed 10 Euro. Usually the bands charge between 6 and 8 Euro.
• You should organize an own cashier.
• The use of our PA and lighting system is free of charge. Please tell us if you bring your own technician or if we should provide one.
• All performance should be finished until 12:00 p.m.
• Drinks are free for musicians, technicians and merchandisers.
• Non-local bands get a meal before the show and breakfast the morning after. Please inform us about the required number of vegan, vegetarian and carnivore meals.
• Non-local bands can stay overnight in our club. We have a separate bedroom with six mattresses, additional couches and a shower. We provide fresh towels and some bedding. Especially if you are lots of people you should bring some sleeping bags.

Get into touch with us by sending an email with links to your website and mp3-files or your MySpace profile to this mail address. Don't send your stuff by snail mail without having contacted us before by email. Please don't phone us unless it's absolutely inevitable!!!

We meet every two weeks to discuss the applications. Due to the great number of bands and our limited amount of time as volunteers it is not possible to reject the applications individually. When there is no reply after 3 or 4 weeks unfortunately your application could not be taken into consideration.
